Hottest for hair this year- GROWTH.

Thanks to Jake Gyllenhaal and Ben Schwartz, guys are ditching the fade and going for the flow.

But with length comes responsibility, lucky for you we have put the top three tips for maintaining your locks as they grow.

  1. You still need cuts.

You’ll still need to see your stylist regularly. Growth comes with upkeep and upkeep is keeping your split ends maintained and your hair healthy.

2. Skip the daily shampoo.

Your hair needs the oils it produces, if you feel you’re struggling with an excess amount of oil your scalp is overcompensating for your overuse of shampoo. You should be shampooing 3x weekly and if you still want a pick me up try a dry shampoo!

We recommend: shampoo

3. Conditioner isn’t for women, conditioner is for hair.

While shampoo can be cut to 3x weekly, conditioner needs to be done daily. Especially with extra length. Not only does this help give you a sleek, shine that you dream of with those longer locks- it helps to minimize split ends and decrease frizz.

We recommend: conditioner
