How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email info@HQformen.com or call 586-232-4559 to request a refund or dispute a delivered item.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package the original packing slip and any other relevant information for processing. 

Exchanges

You can exchange a product that is of equal cost, but you still will have to pay return shipping as well as shipping for the new item.
